Our Guarantee:
Every Simple Treats delight is made to order, that means it isn’t made until you order it! Our baked goods come individually wrapped and sealed and will stay fresh for up to two weeks if unopened, and longer if refrigerated. They are easily frozen for use at a later time. In the event that your order arrives in unacceptable condition, please contact us immediately toll-free at 1-877-33- VEGAN to let us know.

Allergies:
Although our fabulous treats are wheat-free and dairy-free, they are not suitable for those allergic to gluten. We will try to accommodate special orders for totally gluten-free in the near future. If you have any questions regarding any other ingredients used in our products, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping:
We would like to offer Simple Treats Customers the choice of both UPS and USPS services. Please note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, only physical addresses. We encourage those who opt for USPS to get insurance and a delivery confirmation with their order.

Return & exchanges:
We want you to be 110% happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not totally satisfied, we will gladly refund your money (less shipping) or send an exchange if it is appropriate*. Simply provide us with the reason for the return and send us back the unused portion of your order within 7 business days. Baking Supply and Ingredient items must be returned in an un-opened and un-used state.
